A note from the founder

I’ve spent my career helping people make sense of complicated work and technology.

My background spans solution architecture, technology delivery, solution leadership, AI and business analysis, along with process redesign, Lean and target operating models.

That combination has shaped the way I think about the current AI moment.

I don’t think the most interesting question is simply “How can we add AI to this?”

I’m much more interested in

“Knowing what is possible now, how do we make work more enjoyable, less exhausting and worth taking pride in?”

I love the stage before the answer is obvious — messy problems, half-formed ideas, complicated processes, “could we…?” questions and technologies people aren’t quite sure what to do with yet.

I help people pull those things apart, make the complicated understandable, explore possibilities and work out what actually makes sense.

Because for me, AI isn’t the destination.

Better work is. And better lives around it.
